Yoga principles with influences from Tai Chi, Bagwa, and Chi Gong to create a balanced, flexible, strong state of being. Everyone is invited regardless of age, size, shape, or health issues.

Dance Classes
Diverse variety of dance styles, teaching beginners through advanced students. Jazz, Tap, Acrobatics, Lyrical Jazz, and Personality Singing, mainly focusing on ages 2 ½ – teens.
Annex – Dance tuition and schedule varies. Enrollment in classes is by prior appointment and evaluation only.
