Martial Arts Classes, Chun Kuk Do
Instructors: Dave & Michelle George
Physical work-out, as well teach psychological and emotional discipline, beginning to advanced. Black Belt instruction offered.

  • Main Building- Tues, Thurs.
  • Ages 6 - 8: 4:45pm - 5:30pm; Ages 9 - 12: 5:30pm - 6:30pm; Adults: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
  • Cost: $40.00/month for the first person in the family ~ Ask about family discount rates.

Yoga Classes
Instructor: Denise Elzea
Yoga principles with influences from Tai Chi, Bagwa, and Chi Gong to create a balanced, flexible, strong state of being. Everyone is invited regardless of age, size, shape, or health issues

  • Annex - Mon., Wed, Fri. 8:00am - 9:15am,
  • Cost: $7 class/walkin, $6/class/3days wks - as many classes as you like.

Dance Classes
Instructor: Michelle Musselman
Diverse variety of dance styles, teaching beginners through advanced students. Jazz, Tap, Acrobatics, Lyrical Jazz, and Personality Singing, mainly focusing on ages 2 ½ - teens

  • Annex - Dance tuition and schedule varies. Enrollment in classes is by prior appointment and evaluation only.

Saturday Night Dance
“Classic Country” plays a wonderful variety of music including Latin and Bluegrass as well as country favorites. Western swing, line dancing, waltz, polka, and slow dancing. Potluck too!

  • Annex - Every Saturday, 7-10 pm, $5 cover.
