Step, Stretch, and Strengthen

Step aerobics, Weight Training, and a bit of yoga designed for woman over 50. This class focuses on building bone density, increasing flexibility, and cardiac fitness. All levels welcome! Bring a yoga mat and weights if desired. Please contact instructor first.

Youth Yoga Workshop
